About the Founder

Dr Jonathan Chang is the CEO of Khetan Foundation, a Singapore-based philanthropic organization that commits several million dollars annually towards poverty alleviation and education initiatives in Singapore and beyond. Concurrently, he serves as Director of the 0G Foundation, supporting one of the world's largest decentralized AI ecosystems in its mission to advance AI as a public good.
A recognized leader across the public, private, and social sectors, Dr Chang was awarded the SkillsFuture Fellowship, Singapore's highest accolade for lifelong learning and skills mastery, presented by the President of Singapore and the Minister for Education. He is also an award-winning case writer, having received recognition from the European Foundation for Management Development (EFMD).
Previously, Dr Chang was the founding CEO of HeritageSG under Singapore's National Heritage Board, where he oversaw flagship institutions and national initiatives attracting millions of visitors annually. He has also served as CEO of Fintopia Indonesia, one of Southeast Asia's largest micro-lending fintech platforms, and held leadership positions at Shopify, Google, and the Lien Centre for Social Innovation.
Dr Chang holds degrees from the University of California, Berkeley, Stanford Graduate School of Business, and Harvard Kennedy School, with a doctorate from the University of Pennsylvania. He is also the author of the book Personal Branding: Crafting Your Path to Success published by World Scientific.
